The Metis Group provides facility management services to the government-owned and leased properties.  On-site support is provided by our experienced facility engineers, mechanical engineers and property managers.  We use state-of-the art reporting and tracking software to provide real-time analytics of the property's operations, which then supports operating and capital expense planning.  Our personnel are well informed and provide cost-effective and proactive care for the assets we manage.  Selected services include the following:
